RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Return Period

  • You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a refund.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Products must be in original condition : unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns on personalized or discounted products are not accepted.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at ventas@parissac.mx with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive a return form that you must complete and attach to the return package.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • If a return is approved, we'll refund the product to the same payment method you used, less the initial shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the returned product at our facilities.
  • We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend making a new purchase and returning the original item according to our return policy.
