Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare it within 1 to 2 business days. This timeframe applies to all shipping types, including express deliveries.
As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

During high-demand periods (new releases, holidays, promotions, etc.), this timeframe may exceptionally extend to 3 or 4 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery times are indicated directly when placing your order, based on your address.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your package. We are committed to offering fair rates while maintaining reliable and fast service.
Our policy: logistics without profit margin, for transportation at real cost.

Once your order is confirmed, unfortunately it will not be possible to modify its contents or shipping method.
